Pineapple Bomb



1 C chopped bell pepper (any color) 1 C chopped raw mushrooms 1 medium onion, chopped 1 C cherry tomatoes 1 pineapple, chopped into ½ inch pieces 3 tbsp olive oil salt pepper 1/2 jar NJS Pineapple Bomb for basting


1.Chop the vegetables into similar sized chunks. Place all ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly, then drain all liquids. 2. Grilled:-- place vegetables in grill-safe roasting pan or on metal skewers or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water and place on grill. 3. Cook on medium high heat. Stir or turn every 5-10 minutes until tender. Basting with NJS Pineapple Bomb for the last 2-4 minutes 4. Remove from grill and drizzle just a little bit more sauce because why not!!
